With over 2,700 pubs, restaurants, and hotels, Greene King is the leading brewing company across England, Scotland and Wales.
Greene King approached us looking to create dynamic, versatile content in video and photography. They wanted to highlight the company culture at Greene King to humanize their brand and solidify their brand identity, and we leapt at the opportunity to help.
In our first few consultations, we learned that Greene King’s dream content would (1) represent all three aspects of their brand: their pubs, restaurants, and hotels, (2) be versatile enough to be used in many different branding efforts, (3) feature employee testimonials, and (4) highlight the day-to-day life of working at the company.
Since VidOps specialises in case studies, we felt that this was a natural fit for the style of video we wanted to produce. Keeping the cost of production low with an interview-style video, we asked employees at Greene King about their favourite benefits of working for the company. The final case study could be cut down into bite-sized pieces perfect for short-form video on social media, or presented as a multi-subject case study.
Next, we did photo shoots of candid subjects across several of their locations. The photos would appear natural and create an authentic view of day-to-day life at Greene King.
Using our remote platform to connect with local videographers and photographers, we were able to shoot at multiple Greene King locations. The natural photos were versatile enough to be used in many different marketing efforts, and the employee interviews supported the photos with the empirical data of personal experience.
