As we're a startup, we were looking at ways to create more brand awareness and we thought, um, creating a video content would be a fantastic way of doing this to put across our, our website and also across socials to kind of give social proof of what we were trying to do and achieve.

Our clients were made to feel very comfortable. Throughout filming, VidOps were able to provide really clear direction, communicated really well throughout, and we got some great footage. The editing process was fantastic. The way that you were able to provide feedback on the app was worked really easy and it was seamless. We go to lots of meetings and people that have commented on, it's difficult to say, oh, well we got that meeting where we got that project 'cause of the video overall, it helps.

It definitely helps because it's social proof. Someone can go onto your website, they've seen that. You've got professional video done and there's someone other than yourself saying these guys know what they're doing. It's had a really positive impact on the internal team. I think for everyone, it's been really great and fantastic to see the good work that we've been doing come to life on screen. It's social proof for our potential customers, but also it's a great way of showcasing the fantastic work we've done and it's been really fantastic to see it come to life and it makes it tangible what we're doing.

I would absolutely recommend working with VidOps. They understood our brief, their communication was very good from the outset. They also arrived super early and set up. Um, they did. So when we carried out the case study and they have done today, it just shows, um, a high level of professionalism and I would highly recommend working with them. It was a pleasure.
